New Orleans is heating up Halloween weekend this year with the Endless Night Festival, whose theme for the year is El Dia de los Muertos, the Mexican “Day of the Dead.” The Day of the Dead Ball tickets are available, so get in line for the fiesta of a lifetime. All good things happen at night, so the Masque Ball will take place from 11:30 p.m. until 4:30 a.m. at New Orleans’ House of Blues.
